Arrangement of maternity/paternity grant

• 2021 A parent is allowed to split the maternity/paternity grant payment period into more than one period. The minimum period is two weeks at a time.
• 2019 and 2020: It is not permitted to divide the allowance into more than one period unless the parent has started working in the national labour market before the birth of a child, early adoption or permanent foster care and thus has the right to parental leave but the payment of maternity/paternity grant.
