The unemployment by young people:
There were 630 young, aged 18-24 years unemployed in February 2017 or down from 773 in January 2017 but down from 774 in February 2016.
The long term unemployed:
There were 894 long term unemployed (over 1 year) in February 2017 or down from 915 in January 2017.
Open vacancies:
There were 350 open vacancies in February 2017, but in January 2017 there were 178 open vacancies.
Work permits:
There were totally 171 work permits (total) issued in February 2017 but 141 in January 2017.
The unemployment forecast for March 2017:
It is expected that the unemployment figures in March 2017 will fall and be between 2,1% and 2,4%.
