As a temporary measure only electronic service channels will be temporarily open at The Directorate of Labour. This is to ensure the service and safety of staff and service users. Service users can have their matter resolved by:
Submitting documents and other information via ‘My pages’.
Chatting with our chatbot Vinný 24 hours a day.
Contacting our call centre, ph: 515 4800. The call centre is open Monday - Thursday from 9:00 – 15:00, and Friday from 9:00 – 13:00.
Sending enquiries via e-mail to email@example.com Please note that if you are submitting information regarding an application for unemployment benefits, it must be submitted via ‘My pages’, and not via e-mail. Please also note that our chatbot Vinný can answer all general inquiries.
To ensure efficient processing, we encourage everyone to take advantage of Vinný and submit information via ‘My pages’ so that calls and e-mails are only used in instances where a solution cannot be obtained by using Vinný or ‘My pages’.
